We remain operational and focused on serving our business community and our consumers throughout this crisis. We are now offering contactless estimates via Google maps (any landscape changes not recorded or visible or outdated by google maps may result in a modification to the estimate based on a physical evaluation of the property) as well as contactless payments.

All paper transfers will be picked up in the mailbox or paid online for the safety of others. We appreciate your patience as we and everyone in our communities focus on addressing this crisis.

Avoid the spread of COVID-19 and practice social distancing.

Weather Days
Rain days
No need to worry, your lawn will be serviced the next scheduled workday.
For example, If you are scheduled for lawn maintenance on Monday but it's raining, you will automatically be rescheduled for Tuesday's lawn maintenance. If it rains Tuesday you will automatically be rescheduled for Wednesday's maintenance.

Drought
In the event of a summer drought, we do not recommend cutting the lawn. The grass is under immense stress and servicing may permanently and irreversibly damage the structure. We keep a close watch in the event of a drought and perform regular inspections of all lawns, as soon as possible we will continue service unless instructed otherwise.

Service Disruption Announcements
Follow us on social media to stay up to date with service disruptions caused by situations such as but not limited to drought.

Skipped Scheduled Services
We will try our best to work around obstacles safely if possible, but if your property was skipped due to unforeseen circumstances you will be charged in full for that week's maintenance period and will not be rescheduled for the same service/week(s) period.

Client Obligation
It is your responsibility to notify us at least 24 hours in advance of service interruptions such as:
Weed spray application, materials on the lawn, unable to access, other property services or any applications, etc.. Failure to inform Lawn Aid within at least 24 hours notice of your regular service date you will be charged in full for that week's maintenance period and will not be rescheduled for that week's services.

Pet Excrement
We do not pick up or mow around pet excrement. It is a danger to our health. Salmonella, E. Coli, and Campylobacter are bacteria that are excreted in the feces of even healthy dogs. As a puppy owner myself I understand the challenges and are willing to work around 1 or 2 poops on the contracted property, but in excess we can't risk it for ourselves or potentially other customers' properties with contaminated equipment.

Thank you so much for considering our growing company for your lawn and garden. We constantly make adjustments and improvements with everyone in mind. One of our achievements over the years is building long term relationships with our customers. We are not interested in short term gains. We hope to exceed your expectations and look forward to meeting you soon.
